Villa facilities

New residence built in 2004 on a 1-hectare plot of land. It comprises 20 detached or semi-detached villas with 2 or 3 rooms (7 two-room villas and 13 three-room villas). Two of these villas are accessible to the disabled.

The garden is entirely landscaped with grass, palm trees and umbrella pines.

The 12 x 7m swimming pool looks onto a bar and the100m² reception area.
The villas are built near the swimming pool.
Most of the villas look onto the sea and Sardinia.

The 2-room villas have a surface area of 45m² and sleep 4.
The 3-room villas have a surface area of 55m², 58m² and 61m² and sleep 6.
